In plain words

Many of our visitors are under 18, so we collect as little as we can. We do not sell your data. We do not show advertising. We do not use tracking cookies unless you say yes.

Who is responsible

Abbas, trading as Heurisco (sole trader) is the controller of your personal data. Our address is M14 6YY, Manchester. Contact: abbas.miscellaneous@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Your email address, if you ask for the free sample or join a waitlist. We use it to send what you asked for, and revision emails if you agreed to them. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Order details, if you buy: your email, what you bought and when. We use it to deliver the files and handle refunds and errors. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and our legal duty to keep financial records.
• Payment details. These go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your basket and cookie choice, stored in your own browser so the site works. These do not leave your device.
• Anonymous usage statistics, only if you choose "Allow analytics". We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting) and, only if you allow analytics, Plausible. They process data on our instructions. Some of them may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards the law requires.

How long we keep it

Email list: until you unsubscribe. Order records: six years, for accounting and tax purposes. Support emails: until the matter is resolved, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Email abbas.miscellaneous@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

Our site is designed for students aged 16 and over, but younger visitors may use it. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or carer before giving us your email address. We follow the ICO Children's Code: high privacy by default, no profiling and no nudging.
