Refund policy
Last updated 5 October 2026
The short version
Our papers are digital downloads. If something is wrong with a file, or a paper contains an error we cannot fix, we will put it right or refund you. Your legal rights are not affected by anything on this page.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once we begin to supply the download, if you asked us to start straight away and you acknowledged at checkout that you would lose the right to cancel. At checkout you tick a box (it is never pre-ticked) to say you ask for immediate access and understand you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. We record that you ticked it.
This does not take away your rights if something is wrong, as set out below.
When we will refund you
- The file will not download or open and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
- The paper does not match its description.
- The paper contains an error that affects your answers and we cannot correct it.
For digital content that is faulty, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to a repair or replacement and, if that fails, a refund or price reduction.
If we correct an error
We send corrected files by email to everyone who bought the paper, free of charge.
How to ask
Email us from the address you used to buy, with the name of the paper and what went wrong. See contact. We refund to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. Contact: abbas.miscellaneous@gmail.com.
